Ordering
How do I order a gang sheet?
Choose a product, pick a size, click "Build your own Gang Sheet", upload and arrange your designs, then save and add to cart. See our guide: How to use the Gang Sheet Builder.
What sizes are available?
All sheets are 22 inches wide. Lengths vary by product and are listed in the Size menu on each product page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Do you accept dropshipping?
Yes. After placing your order, email dsignnj@gmail.com to let us know it is a dropshipping order.
Artwork
What file should I upload?
A PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI or higher at the final print size. Do not mirror the artwork.
Do you edit or fix my artwork?
No. We print the artwork exactly as you submit it, so please check size, spelling and colors before ordering.
Will the printed colors match my screen?
Small differences between a screen and the printed product are normal. Designing in CMYK helps colors match.
Shipping and pickup
How long does it take?
DTF transfers ship 24 hours after payment. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Do you offer free shipping?
For a limited time, yes: free standard shipping with no minimum order to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. We currently accept orders within the United States only.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, territories and APO/FPO?

Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Local pickup is available at 29 Hensler Street, Newark, NJ, Monday to Friday, 11am to 5pm. We will notify you when your order is ready.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we send the tracking number by email.
Using your transfers
How do I apply heat-press transfers?
Follow the instructions on the product page. As a general guide for fabric transfers: medium pressure and cold peel. DTF: 300–350°F. Glitter and Glow: 285–310°F for 15 seconds.
How do I apply UV DTF transfers?
Clean the surface with alcohol. Cut out your design. Peel off the backing film. Place the design on the item and rub firmly with your fingers or a squeegee. Slowly peel off the clear top film. No heat is needed.
How do I care for printed garments?
Wait 24 hours before washing. Wash inside out in cold water. Tumble dry on low. Do not iron directly over the print.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Every order is custom made, so we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, has a print defect or is not what you ordered, email dsignnj@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at (973) 755-8434 with your order number and clear photos. We will review your case and work with you toward a solution.
